Göteborg Pass

What does the Gothenburg Pass cost?

The price depends on duration and age. Here is how it works and when the pass pays off.

Prices by duration

The Gothenburg Pass (Go City All-Inclusive) costs more or less depending on duration and age. Every pass unlocks the same 22 attractions; you only choose how many days you want to use them over. Adults pay from age 16, and children aged 3 to 15 pay a lower price.

Duration Adults (16+) Children (3-15)
1 day 499 kr 349 kr
2 days 649 kr 449 kr
3 days 749 kr 499 kr
5 days 849 kr 549 kr

As of 26 June 2026. The price in the booking window is the one that counts. Go City charges in Swedish kronor (SEK), the local currency in Gothenburg.

What every pass includes

Whatever the duration, every pass includes the same thing - free entry to 22 attractions, the hop-on hop-off bus and several boat tours. Public transport is not included. You will find the full list of what is covered on the Attractions page.

Which duration pays off

The longer the pass, the cheaper each individual day becomes - with the 5-day pass you effectively pay only around 170 kr per day. What matters is how many attractions you fit into a day. In Gothenburg the single admission prices for the major sights and guided tours are high, so even a one-day pass often pays off after two or three visits.

Here is how to find the right duration:

  • Put together a wish list (see Attractions).
  • Estimate how many you can manage per day and choose the number of days accordingly.
  • Compare the total of the single ticket prices with the pass price above.

If you only want to see one or two things, you are often better off with the Essentials Pass or single tickets.

Price questions

Are there reduced prices for children?+

Yes. Children aged 3 to 15 get a cheaper child pass. Children under 3 do not need their own pass, and from age 16 the adult price applies.

When does the pass pay off?+

The pass pays off as soon as the single admission prices of the attractions you want to visit add up to more than the pass price. Two or three larger sights or tours a day are often enough. Put together a short wish list before you go.
