It comes in two versions: the All-Inclusive Pass, valid over consecutive days from the first visit, and the Essentials Pass, which lets you pick a small number of attractions and redeem them within thirty days. Entry to each included attraction is covered once, and the hop-on hop-off bus and the boat tours are part of the All-Inclusive list.
